Turmeric and honey have both been touted for there various health benefits. However, most people don’t understand the exact depths of their healing power.

Raw Organic Honey (Half of a jar)
Mix these two things together and take one half of a tablespoon per hour or so when fighting off a sickness. If you merely feel like you are coming down with something simply take it every few hours for a day or so. That being said, if you do not want to make so much in bulk you can make smaller amounts as needed.
